For the first time in its history, the International Council of Museums (ICOM) will host its General Conference in the Middle East, in Dubai.
Next month, the 27th ICOM General Conference will bring together thousands of museum professionals, cultural leaders, and innovators from around the world to reimagine the role of museums in our fast-changing world. Key discussions will focus on intangible heritage and preserving living traditions, empowering youth as the next generation of cultural changemakers, and responsibly shaping digital transformation with new technologies.
This landmark gathering will feature global dialogues, masterclasses, museum showcases, and cultural programs, all exploring how museums can remain relevant and resilient for their communities.
